Report: France, US presidents to mull Russia sanctions on Tuesday

PARIS/WASHINGON, Apr 19 (PRIME) -- France's President Emmanuel Macron plans to discuss the new sanctions against Russia with his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden on Tuesday, he told France 5 late on Monday.

"I plan to discuss the issue of sanctions with Biden and the European leaders tomorrow after the noon. We will keep the sanctions pressure on Russia," Macron said.

Spokesman for the U.S. State Department Ned Price said that the authority had warned China about serious consequences from the U.S. and allies in case of military goods delivery to Russia or help to bypass sanctions. He added that no military deliveries to Russia from China had been detected.
